Doris A. Korn
Doris A. Korn, 76, of Penn Township, formerly Observatory Hill, North Side, passed away Friday.
She was the beloved wife for 51 years of Ambrose E. “Butch” Korn; the loving mother of Douglas Korn, Colleen (Melvin) Wilbert, Ambrose Korn III, Tara (Jamie Wincovitch) Korn, Jacob (Maria) Korn, John Korn and the late Denise Royce; and the sister of Kathleen (Bob) Bauer.
She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Leah, Logan, Riley, Mya, Cora, Hazel, Madison and Jason.
After raising her seven children, Doris worked as a nurse's aid at Vincentian Nursing Home for 30 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and her family loved her back tremendously in return. With her departure, her survivors now suffer the insufferable. She will be dearly missed.
