3:33 p.m. Wednesday — Minor injuries were reportedly sustained in a one-vehicle crash on North Riverview Drive, Hovey Township, Armstrong County. Police said a 2017 Ford F-150, driven by Machelle I. Jones, 52, of Emlenton was heading north, when she lost control due to snow covered roads and the vehicle hit an embankment, before overturning. Emlenton Volunteer Fire Department and EMS assisted.

10:17 p.m. Feb. 9 — Police are investigating harassing messages received by a 17-year-old girl of Worthington. Police said the girl received the messages on Facebook messenger, where the unknown suspect made sexual comments to her and threatened to harm her if she did not meet with him at a certain date and time.12:41 a.m. Saturday — Police said charges are pending against a 29-year-old Karns City man after a traffic stop on Route 268, East Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Police said the vehicle was pulled over for an equipment violation and the driver was allegedly found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police are awaiting lab results.
