SLIPPERY ROCK TWP — Daniel Christiana is now an authorized, independent Trac Fab dealer.

Christiana will sell the motorized track chairs, which allow those with a disability or mobility issue to gain independence by accessing the woods, beach, trails and other venues inaccessible with a traditional motorized wheelchair.

Christiana, a former motocross enthusiast, was paralyzed from the chest down on March 21, 2009, during training.

He is working toward buying his own Trac Fab chair so he can once again pursue his passion for the outdoors.

“Being out in the woods, on the trails, that's freedom to me,” Christiana said.
