10:58 p.m. Sunday — Shawn M. Fulmer, 27, of East Butler was cited for harassment after allegedly shoving and wrestling his brother, Richard A. Fulmer, 31, on East Jefferson Street.
2:36 a.m. Sunday — Police arrested Cody Rose, 23, of Butler twice in the same day.
An officer said he witnessed Rose crash into a guard rail Sunday along Saw Mill Run Road. Rose agreed to a breath test and failed.
Rose was released to his father, John Rose of Butler, but minutes later 911 received a report that Cody Rose was assaulting his father along New Castle Road. Officers said Rose strangled and punched his father in the face.
A scuffle ensued as Cody Rose allegedly resisted arrest, causing abrasion injuries to one officer.
Rose is charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault, DUI, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, harassment and speeding.
He was being held in Butler County Prison on $20,000 bail.
Sunday — Dustin Benny Ray Davis, 23, of Butler was allegedly in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on Hansen Avenue.
He was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege is suspended and traffic offenses.
6:52 a.m. Wednesday — Police said a vehicle driven by Daniel Damore, 29, of Butler struck a tree on Cedar Road. Police said he left the scene.
Damore has subsequently been charged with speeding, hit and run of property, failing to notify police of an accident, careless driving, abandonment of a vehicle on private property and failure to wear a seat belt.

Saturday — A Slippery Rock resident reported being tricked into sending money to a stranger who posed as a family member.

11:47 p.m. Sunday — Mary Matthews, 39, of Petrolia was charged with driving under the influence after she struck a ditch at along Clearfield Road in Clearfield Township.
Police said Matthews lost control of her 2004 Buick Rendezvous after swerving away from a deer, and went onto the east berm of the road. The accident disabled the vehicle, police said.
11 a.m. Sunday — Police responded to an accident on West Park Road in Muddy Creek Township. Patchy ice caused the driver, Joshua J. Todd, 22 of Pittsburgh to lose control of his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado and hit a utility pole, police said. Todd was charged with speeding. He suffered minor injuries.
Sunday — Troopers responded to a call that a theft occurred from an excavator on Annisville Road in Washington Township, belonging to Keystone Clearwater Solutions.

10:56 p.m. Saturday — Police said Christopher Thomas Reeseman, 22, of Slippery Rock was arrested after failing a field sobriety test during a traffic stop. Reeseman submitted a blood sample for testing and charges are pending.
Monday — Robert J. Brown, 60, of Zelienople was cited for careless driving after veering off the road, hitting a sign and driving through a Delaware Township resident’s front yard.
[naviga:h3]State Police, Clarion[/naviga:h3]
3:48 p.m. Thursday — A trooper recognized Bryce W. Dittman of East Brady, who had two outstanding warrants for criminal cases in Clarion and Venango counties, driving on Route 68 in Monroe Township and pulled his vehicle over.
Dittman was allegedly found to be under the influence of drugs and will also face DUI and drug possession charges from the incident, police said.
