BUTLER TWP — The following cases were heard recently by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell:
Stacey L. Rigatti, 50, of Kittanning was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Nov. 29 by Butler Township police.
David E. Lamison, 53, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 3 by Butler Township police.
Rachel M. Allio, 36, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 27 by Butler Township police.
Timothy P. Roose, 55, of Sunrise, Fla., waived to court charges of criminal attempt-burglary, criminal attempt-trespass and criminal mischief, filed Dec. 28 by Butler Township police.
Mark R. Deless, 60, of Portersville waived to court charges of providing false information for firearm ownership and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Jan. 16 by Butler Township police.
Sonya R. Winters, 46, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of bad checks (two counts), filed Dec. 13 by Butler Township police.
David G. Hunter IV, 27, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of giving false written statement for the sale or transfer of firearms, and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Dec. 18 by state police.
Tracey A. Plofchan, 44, of East Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy-retail theft, filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police.
Hope A. McManigle, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy — retail theft, filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police.
Toni M. Dehart, 46, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, failure to drive on roads laned for traffic, vehicle entering or crossing roadway and careless driving, filed Dec. 1 by state police.
Sara B. Minda, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police.
Brent E. Henry, 44, of Valencia was held for court on several charges of accident involving death, DUI, failure to give information and render aid, failure to notify police of accident involving death, and several driving offenses, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.
Edward M. Miller, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving during suspension and violation of general lighting requirements, filed Dec. 5 by Butler Township police.
Jason R. Pedrick, 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft. He paid $469 in fines and court costs. The case was filed Dec. 28 by Butler Township police.
Jeffrey A. Kennedy, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, traffic control signals and failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police.
Bobbie Jo Goodman, 49, of Prospect pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He paid $452 in fines and court costs. The case was filed Oct. 11 by Butler Township police.
Annmarie Bedner, 48, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 10 by Butler Township police.
Vincent M. Yandura, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.
Brandon M. Ealy, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 1 by state police.
Mason W. Seipp, 22, of Flanders, N.J., was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a series of driving violations, filed Nov. 26, by state police.
Gina M. Devanno, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failure to drive on roads laned for traffic, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.
Thomas J. Perantoni, 65, of Butler waived to court a charge of sexual abuse of children/possession of child pornography (20 counts), filed Dec. 20 by Butler Township police.
Richard A. Biondo, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of providing false information for firearms ownership (2 counts) and unsworn falsification to authorities (2 counts), filed Oct. 5 by Butler Township police.
Nathan A. Allison, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.
David Chad Bemben, 37, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of resisting arrest, filed Nov. 21 by Butler Township police.
Tyler W.A. Smith, 20, of East Brady pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police. Smith was ordered to pay $474 in fines and court costs.
Baily A. Hines, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police. Hines was ordered to pay $556 in fines and court costs.
Hannah M. Hines, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police. Hines was ordered to pay $466 in fines and court costs.
Ralph Mariotti, 57, of Butler pleaded guilty to careless driving, filed Oct. 23 by Butler Township police. Mariotti was ordered to pay $135 in fines and court costs.
Bethany J. Hall, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 28 by Butler Township police. Hall was ordered to pay $362 in fines and court costs.
