Cranberry massage parlor building seized

The property at 81 Dutilh Road, Cranberry Township, which allegedly was used for prostitution was seized by the Butler County Common Pleas Court Tuesday.

CRANBERRY TWP — A property allegedly used for prostitution was seized by the Butler County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday.

Judge William Shaffer issued the order after a request by the Butler County District Attorney's Office to keep the property owners of 81 Dutilh Road, Cranberry Township, from selling the property before forfeiture proceedings could be held.

The property was the site of Ailian Chen Chinese Foot Massage, which was raided by Cranberry Township police after an investigation into prostitution incidents at the location between 2015 and June 2017.

The property, which was subject to forfeiture in the criminal cases filed against Di Xu, 41; Ailian Chen, 65; and Jing Wang, 45; all of Cranberry Township; and Oliver J. Price III, 75, of Bakerstown is now under the jurisdiction of the Butler County Court.

The building is owned by East and West Property LLC, which is run by Xu and her husband, Kevin Kinzler, as well as Price and Chen, who are husband and wife, according to the application.

“We received information the owners, who are also defendants, were attempting to sell the premises,” District Attorney Richard Goldinger said. “The court order now places the property under the supervision and jurisdiction of the common pleas court.”
