Smith, Nissel
A Sept. 29 wedding is being planned by Amber Smith of Pittsburgh and Kiel Nissel of St. Marys.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Terry Smith of Canton, Ohio. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Burdette Kelly of Harrisville and Mrs. Nora Mae Smith of Grove City.
Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Tom and Betsy Nissel of St. Marys.
The future bride is a 2011 graduate of Glenoak High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Grove City College in 2015 and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Duquesne University in 2017.
She is employed by West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Her fiancé graduated in 2008 from Elk County Catholic High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Grove City College in 2012.
He is employed by Mersen Graphite in St. Marys.
