BUTLER TWP — Freeport graduate Brittney Bianco, a sophomore setter on the Butler County Community College volleyball team, has been named an NJCAA All-American.
Bianco had 663 assists this season — 1,254 in her career — and helped the Pioneers win their third successive WPCC championship.
Bianco joins fellow BC3 students Nicole Houk (softball) and Butler graduate Julia Baxter (basketball) as Pioneers named All-American in 2017. This marks the first time in the school’s 52-year history that three female athletes achieved All-America status in the same year.
