FOOTBALL FINISHES

Butler High School football came to an official end for 1964 at an annual post-season banquet sponsored by the Butler Cubs and held at the Garden Gate Restaurant. Quarterback Terry Hanratty won the James McDowell Award along with the Most Valuable Player (backfield) and tackle Chuck Esper won the MVP (lineman).
