SLIPPERY ROCK — Council is asking borough residents interested in filling a vacant two-year term on council for 2018 to submit a letter of interest and resume to Lucinda Lipko, borough administrator, by Dec. 28.
---- To qualify, residents must have lived in the borough for at least one year, be a registered voter and be able to provide a signed, notarized affidavit to the borough administrator if selected by council.
---- Letters can be submitted to Lipko in person or by mail to Slippery Rock Borough, 306 E. Water Street, Slippery Rock PA 16057.
