The Butler Art Center begins its Christmas Art Show and Sale on Wednesday.

A reception is planned for 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 8 and the show and sale will continue through Dec. 30.

The Art Center, 344 S. Main St., is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays, except holidays.

Exhibits planned for 2018 include the Regional Elementary Art Show, Jan. 31 to Feb. 10; Regional High School Art Show, Feb. 21 to March 3; SRU Art Seminar Art Show, April 2 to 10; and the annual Spring Show, April 25 to May 5.
