3:34 p.m. Nov. 13 — One person was hurt in a six-vehicle, chain-reaction crash in O'Hara Township, Allegheny County. The wreck happened when an unidentified speeding vehicle attempting to change lanes in front of another vehicle on Route 28 north.The driver of the second vehicle applied the brakes, causing a series of rear-end collisions involving vehicles driven by Wesley L. Coffman, 42, of Freeport; Herman W. Doms, 54, and Richard T. Lucas, 63, both of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County; and Marla R. Werner, 42, of Pittsburgh.Werner, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered an apparent minor injury. Police said the unknown driver of the second vehicle fled the scene after the crash.
