Ride proceeds aid bike purchases
MARS — The 8th annual Fire & Iron Station Benefit Ride on Saturday will begin with 9 a.m. registration at Mars VFW Post, 331 Valencia Road. Kickstands go up at 11 a.m.
After the ride through Butler County, a picnic/party will be at the Mars VFW. Proceeds go to buying bicycles for disadvantaged families. For more information, call Ed Gnoth at 724-321-3369.
