CRANBERRY TWP — The Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA, 2001 Ehrman Road, will host a Food Truck Roundup from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Tacos, gourmet burgers and hot dogs, doughnuts and other specialty foods will be available. There also will be live music, a balloon artist and games.

Proceeds will benefit the YMCA’s Strong Kids campaign.

SLIPPERY ROCK TWP, Lawrence County — A volunteer work day is set for 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 19 at McConnells Mill State Park, 2697 McConnells Mill Road.

Participants will clean trails, picnic and parking areas and the historic gristmill.

Take a lunch and dress for outdoor work. Meet at the Kildoo Pavilion.
