The Butler County Emergency Relief Initiative received a $5,000 donation Monday from Armstrong. The money will be used to aid victims of the recent flooding in the west side of the city. The fund is managed by the United Way of Butler County. The relief initiative’s aim is to help other agencies serve Butler County residents who have been affected by any serious emergency.
