1:17 p.m. Wednesday — A two-vehicle accident happened on Route 8 North.

Michele Smith, 36, of Slippery Rock and Hayward Smith, 62, of Butler were involved in the accident. There were no injuries, and Smith was cited for vehicle failing to yield the right of way.

3:30 p.m. Wednesday — noon Thursday — An unknown person or people drove through the yard of Crystal Haugh, 50, near South Osche Road in Summit Township.

Tire marks did about $600 worth of damage to the yard.
