Cranberry Twp. hands 1st loss to Saxonburg

Kevin Everly had two doubles and three RBI as Cranberry Township handed Saxonburg its first loss of the season with a 10-6 win in legion action recently.

Brandon Tatusko doubled, had two singles and also picked up the win on the mound. He went six strong innings.

Steven Spotts homered for Cranberry.

Dom Bucko homered for Saxonburg.

Cranberry has won three consecutive games to improve to 6-9. Saxonburg fell to 11-1.

Karns City 8, Meridian 4 — Tyler Yough doubled, singled twice and drove in four runs to lead Karns City.

Jace Ebbit also doubled and singled twice and Jimmy Thompson got the win on the mound, striking out four in seven innings.
