Washboard Tony and Son will open the free Family Summer Concert Series at Alameda Park beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

“Washboard” Tony Frochio of Connoquenessing and his son, Nic, will provide an evening of what Frochio calls “folk music with a twist.” during a Pre-Father’s Day concert.

“We had a great turnout last year so we decided to do a second annual ‘Pre-Father’s Day Concert,’” Frochio said.

All concerts in the series will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the Odd Fellow Gazebo at the park in Butler Township. Visit www.co.butler.pa.us.

ZELIENOPLE — St. Anne Guild of St. Gregory Roman Catholic Parish, 115 Pine St., will sponsor its annual rummage sale starting at noon June 22 and 23 and starting at 9 a.m. June 24.

Coffee and doughnuts will be available for purchase June 24.
