Barbara Hutchison
In loving memory of my mother Barbara Hutchison who passed away one year ago today June 4.
Last night while I was trying to sleep my mother’s voice I did hear,
I opened my eyes and looked around but she did not appear.
She said, Cathy you’ve got to listen you’ve got to understand,
God didn’t take me from you and she then took my hand.
My search is finally over I found happiness within.
All answers to my empty dreams and all that might have been and she then squeezed by hand.
I love you all and miss you so but I’ll always be nearby,
My body is gone but my spirit will never die,
So you must go on now, live one day at a time,
Just understand God did not take me from you and she then kissed by hand.
Mom, I chose this
Memoriam because of something you did the day you passed. All your loving family was standing
around you, they said Cathy tell your mother everything is all right so I did then kissed your forehead, you squeezed my hand three times as if to tell me its ok.
The next minute you were gone. It’s been long and lonely days without you. No Sunday dinners, no shopping, no Valley Dairy. All the things we enjoyed doing together, I miss you so and wish you were here.
Dearly loved, sadly missed, never forgotten,
Cathy, Pat, Tiffany,
Ryan, Patrick, Ashley, Keegan, Brantley.
