Hayes, Elser
Catherine Danae Hayes of Luthersburg and Shane Elser of Prospect were united in marriage Jan. 28 at the Oak Lodge in Stahlstown. A reception followed at the Oak Lodge.
The bride is the daughter of John and Arlene Hayes of Luthersburg. Parents of the bridegroom are Bill Elser and the late Donna Elser of Prospect.
The maid of honor was Leah Thompson. The bridesmaid was Carlie Hayes.
The flower girls were two nieces.
Performing the duties of best man was Quintin Elser. The groomsman was Scott O’Donnell.
The ring bearers were two nephews.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of DuBois High School and a 2013 graduate of Slippery Rock University.
She is employed by The Dancer’s Studio in Clarion and by Van Dyke and Company in the Dubois branch.
The bridegroom graduated from Slippery Rock High School in 2003 and from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics in 2005.
He is employed by Capstone Logistics.
The couple is making their home in Prospect.
