In loving memory of my beloved husband, Rick Johnston who passed away one year ago today March 11, 2016.

I lay in bed at night without you and memories of us stream down my cheeks.

The nights so long and the days even longer.

No more to look into your eyes and feel your hugs or the gentleness of your kiss.

We were so blessed with such a depth of love, satisfied to be just “us” and make everlasting memories.

That incredible depth of love has left me lost and broken without you, my heart so heavy sometimes I feel I can hardly breathe.

I miss everything about you.

Our lives together cut short, but our love will forever live on until we meet again and then my heart will mend.

Love you with all my heart and soul to Heaven,

the moon and back.
