Ann Marie Salak Gaal, 60, of McDonald, died Monday at her home.

Born Sept. 30, 1956, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Salak and Joyce Kempthorne Salak.

Ann was a 1974 graduate of Butler High School.

She is survived by her sister, Joyce Salak of Frederick, Md.; her brother, Stephen Salak of Anderson, S.C.; her sister, Karen Salak of Gaithersburg, Md.; her nephew, Benjamin Salak of Anderson, S.C.; and her longtime companion, John Kenneally of McDonald, Pa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Andrew J. Salak.
