Zelie honors police officer
ZELIENOPLE — A borough police officer was recognized for five years of service Monday evening.
Patrolman Kevin Mikulan was given a certificate of recognition and a pin by Mayor Tom Oliverio at borough council’s meeting.
Mikulan started serving the borough as a police officer in January 2012.
