The Butler County Community College men’s basketball team was outscored 44-35 in the second half in an 82-73 loss to visiting Penn State-Fayette on Saturday.

Brendan Record paced the Pioneers (0-15) with 23 points and Kaden Rock added 18.

Chris Pipkins totaled 11 rebounds and Garrett McHenry 10.

Women’s Basketball

Julia Baxter’s double-double of 22 points and 22 rebounds was not enough as BC3 lost to Penn State-Fayette, 68-58.

Christina Davis added 21 points in defeat.
