Hospital screens end-of-life filmButler Health System, in partnership with Good Samaritan Hospice, will have a free community screening of the documentary “Being Mortal” at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 19 in the Findley Auditorium in the tower lobby at Butler Memorial Hospital, 1 Hospital Way.“Being Mortal” delves into the hopes of patients and families facing terminal illness. It investigates caring for the dying and explores the relationships between patients and their doctors.Dr. Kathy Selvaggi of Butler Health System is the palliative care physician interviewed in the film.After the screening, the audience can participate in a discussion of end-of-life goals and preferences. A panel of nurses, physicians and chaplains will lead the conversation.

Ten art club meets at libraryZELIENOPLE — The Zelienople Public Library’s Creative Teen Art Club will meet 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 17Teens ages 13 to 17 are invited.
