11:16 p.m. Friday — Jacqueline Dawn Marie Rezak, 33, of New Castle was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Butler Township.

Rezak was heading west on Route 422 when she was stopped for erratic driving at the Lyndora exit. Police determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested her. Rezak also was in possession of a marijuana smoking pipe.

She participated in a drug evaluation and submitted to a blood test. Charges will be filed pending lab results.

9:57 a.m. Friday — A two-vehicle accident happened on Route 308 just south of Eau Claire Road in Marion Township.

Michael P. Glenn, 18, of Boyers was driving a Buick Century south on Route 308 when he lost control of his vehicle and went into the northbound lane, hitting a Kenworth Box Truck head on.

James M. McGraw, 29, of Pittsburgh was driving the truck with one passenger. There were no injuries. Glenn was cited for speeding.

9:39 a.m. Friday — A one-vehicle accident happened at the intersection of Route 308 and Goff Station Road in Marion Township.

Alisha M. Lawhead, 24, of Boyers was driving a Ford Ranger north on Route 308 when the Ranger slid on the snow-covered road and spun counter clockwise. It hit a tree head on along the southbound side of Route 308.

Lawhead suffered minor injuries. She was cited for speeding, and the Ranger was towed from the scene.

6:59 p.m. Nov. 14 — Lori Lynn Kuhns, 46, of Butler was charged with criminal mischief for damaging a vehicle at 217 Lafayette St. in Prospect.
