6:10 p.m. Nov. 27 — A car driven by Jeffrey Picerno, 58, of Butler struck a ball hitch laying on New Castle Road in Butler Township, rupturing the transmission line and gas tank. The hitch then flew into the opposing lane where it was hit by a car driven by Paul Mabold, 58, of Valencia, damaging the oil pan and then a vehicle driven by Eric Young, 37, of Chicora, causing a flat tire.

1:16 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Nicholas Didycz, 23, of Endicott, N.Y., and a car driven by C.G. Ciddington, 69, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, collided on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. Didycz’s car then collided with a minivan driven by Gene Witt, 71, of Mercer. Witt was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Didycz was cited for a turning violation.

11:59 a.m. Thursday — Kevin Clifford Moon, 44, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle crashed into a ditch on Palmer Road in Center Township.

7:57 p.m. Tuesday — Four people were charged following a domestic call to 136 Semiconon Lane in Renfrew. Brianna Lowery, age unavailable, of Butler was charged with two counts each of simple assault and harassment; Kaylan Domhoff, age unavailable, of Renfrew was charged with simple assault and harassment; and Jeffery and Lorraine Domhoff, ages unavailable, also of Renfrew, were each charged with harassment.

3:30 p.m. Dec. 19 — A car driven by Lawrence Wolford, 61, of Karns City struck the rear of a pickup driven by Richard Miller, 57, of Petrolia while it slowed for traffic on Chicora Road in Chicora. Wolford sustained minor injuries.

12:30 a.m. Dec. 19 — A 38-year-old Slippery Rock woman was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 8 in Brady Township.
