Father, as your people we cry out to you!

Your word says that if we would humble ourselves and turn from our wicked ways, you will hear from heaven and heal our land. Father, we claim this promise this day.

We pray for deliverance from the strongholds of addiction, and dysfunction that are reaping havoc through our city.

Father, we know you never waste a hurt. So we pray you will hear our cry for the people of Butler to seek your face; that those who are called by your name would become true hands and feet of your son, Jesus. That we will come beside and love and lead people to a closer relationship with you.

Unite your body, Father; help us by the power of the Holy Spirit to use programs like Celebrate Recovery to offer hope, healing and recovery for those who have hurts, hang-ups and habits.

Your word says whom the son sets free is free indeed! Father, use us to set many more people free. Give us hope, give us faith as we seek you and watch you work. Amen.
