MCKEESPORT — Police say a woman jailed on charges she killed her 17-month-old son sent a video of the boy’s lifeless body to the child’s father during a text-messaged argument.

Christian Clark, 21, of McKeesport was in custody on charges including criminal homicide in the death of the boy Tuesday.

Allegheny County police announced Clark’s arrest Wednesday and she was awaiting arraignment.

Police say Clark was arguing with the boy’s father when she sent texts including, “Ya kids ain’t safe here I don’t want them here” and “I’m killing them” — followed by a laughing emoji.

Police say a young girl also was featured in the video, but that child was alive. Police say Clark acknowledged smothering the boy.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Clark.
