The following incidents reports are from various police departments.

State Police, Butler12:35 a.m. Friday — Kelsey Huf, 19, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.Police were investigating the theft of Donald Trump campaign signs at an undisclosed location that was reported by a passer-by. It was thought that a maroon Volkswagen was involved in the theft of signs in Oakland Township, and a Volkswagen was located at Sheetz at 1100 Center Ave. in Butler Township.Huf was identified as the driver. Police questioned her and believed she was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested her. Three marijuana roaches were found and seized in the ashtray of the Volkswagen.Huf was given a drug recognition evaluation and submitted to a blood test. Charges are pending lab results. Police determined the Volkswagen was not involved in the sign theft.9:30 p.m. Thursday — An unidentified 45-year-old Butler woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence charges following a traffic stop on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township. The woman was taken to the Butler State Police barracks where she submitted to a breath test.2:32 p.m. Thursday — A car hit a parked truck along Route 19 just north of East Portersville Road in Portersville.Police said Jesse L. Goff, 45, of Zelienople was driving a Hyundai Accent north on Route 19 when he tried to pass a line of cars on the right through the parking zone. Goff failed to see the parked truck ahead of him and rear-ended it. Police believe Goff did not use his brakes before the collision. He was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital, and then flown to Allegheny General Hospital.A passenger in the truck, Joseph, G. Rhoades, 62, of Carlton, Mercer County, was not hurt. The driver of the truck was not identified.Goff was not wearing a seat belt. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.Oct. 8-9 — A burglary occurred overnight at 145 Harmony Road, Apartment 1811 in Slippery Rock Township. The victim, a 20-year-old man, was not identified. The investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 724-284-8100.
