Greater Harmony Chorus presents its annual show at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College. The chorus is celebrating its 40th year as a chapter of Sweet Adelines, International. Featured will be the Pine-Richland High School Jazz Band and chapter quartets. Butler County Symphony Orchestra in the next concert of its 68th season will present “Veterans Day Salute” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 in the Butler Intermediate High School auditorium. Marianne Cornetti, the internationally recognized Verdi mezzo-soprano who hails from Butler County, will perform in a recital called “From Verdi to Broadway” at 3 p.m. Sunday at Valley High School, New Kensington. The Knoch High School graduate will sing a variety of works from composers in the worlds of opera and musical theater with some spirituals thrown into the mix. Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts will present a Halloween concert with Tom Roberts and Dale Abraham and a silent movie starring Clara Bow beginning at 7 p.m. Friday at Lincoln Hall, 42 S. Palmer St., Foxburg. Roberts will play piano and Dale Abraham will play the Wurlitzer theater organ. Admission is $20 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children under 6.
