Ronald S. Nicoletti, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, duty of driver on approach of an emergency vehicle and careless driving, filed March 30 by state police
Marsha L. Ruby, 35, of Harmony waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, reckless driving, failure to use safety belt and driving in the wrong lane, filed May 15 by state police.
Michael A. Cwynar, 50, of New Castle waived to court charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct filed July 13 by Moraine State Park ranger.
Nathan P. Johnston, 22, of Allison Park waived to court charges of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, general boating regulations and violation of rules on Commonwealth property filed July 6 by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.
Paul N. Magnani, 52, of Portersville waived to court charges of insurance fraud and false reports to law enforcement filed June 14 by state police.
Jordan R. Zulick, 20, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed Dec. 2, 2015, by state police.
Jesse James Eaton, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection filed July 29 by Slippery Rock police.
Dylan W. Rust, 23, of Franklin was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, operating unsafe equipment, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and improper restraint systems filed July 10 by Slippery Rock police.
Joseph F. Ruland, 53, of Cape Coral, Fla., pleaded guilty to unsworn falsification to authorities filed Oct. 12, 2015, by state police.
Jarrod R. Price, 35, of Edinsburg waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud and receiving stolen property filed June 18 by state police.
Shea L. Hutchinson, 24, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving filed April 2 by state police.

Joseph S. Rice, 21, of Northport, Ala., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 29 by state police.
Mitchell A. Hillard, 31, of Northport, Ala., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 29 by state police.
Jared R. Williams, 24, of Northport, Ala., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 29 by state police.
Tiffany A. Blystone, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, driving too slow for conditions and careless driving filed July 12 by state police.

Stephanie A. Barron, 39, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft filed Sept. 9 by state police. A charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed.
