GROVE CITY, Mercer Co. — Police are searching for the man who robbed the Citizens Bank at about 11 a.m. today.

The bank is at 165 S. Broad St. in Grove City.

Grove City police said they are looking for a white male between the ages of 40 and 50 who robbed the bank and obtained an undisclosed amount of money.

The man is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He is balding with dark brown hair and a medium complexion. He was wearing tinted glasses, a long-sleeved denim-type shirt and jeans.

No weapon was used in the robbery. The getaway vehicle was a four-door car.

Bank officials declined to comment.

An alert was sent to all police departments in Butler County.
