The charges were filed Tuesday by state police.Daniel Ray Metheney, 32, of Butler held for court charges of simple assault and harassment subject to other physical contact filed Aug. 15 by state police.Darius James Davis, 19, of Parker was held for court charges of possession of a controlled substances by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and operating permit option with unsafe equipment. Charges were filed Tuesday by state police.Brittany Lea Raybuck, 29, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment subject to other physical contact filed July 6 by state police.Kellie Marie Hildebrand of Freeport waived to court charges of intent to posses a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license, driving during suspension, operating a vehicle without a financial responsibility, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and accident damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Aug. 22 by state police.Devin Robert Haley, 22, of Petrolia was held for court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct filed Tuesday by state police.Amanda Elizabeth Rusch, 34, of Chicora waived charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving filed Tuesday by state police.Steven Anthony Angello, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of intent to possess a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges were filed Aug. 3 by state police.John Charles Grupp Jr., 49, of Harmony waived to court charges of statement under penalty filed Tuesday by state police.Jack Richard Werner, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment subject other to physical contact filed Aug. 16 by state police.Chrystal K. Charges were filed July 30 by state police. Brown also waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking movable property, theft by deceptions false impression, corruption of minors, criminal mischief and damage of property.
