Graduates
Michael Sybert of Pittsburgh received a doctor of medicine degree from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.
He was a four-time national collegiate medalist in tae kwon-do. He also served six years as a coach for the Penn State Tae Kwon-Do Club.
Sybert is a 2008 graduate of Mars High School and a 2012 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
He is employed in the Allegheny General Hospital Orthopaedic Surgery Residency program.
Sybert is the son of Steven and Donna Sybert of Valencia.
Matt Cole of Butler received a bachelor's degree in journalism and media communication and public relations from Otterbein University. He graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors.He received the SESAC/International Broadcasters' Idea Bank Scholarship.Cole is a 2012 graduate of Butler High School.He is employed by 99.7 The Blitz Radio Station in Columbus, Ohio.He is the son of Chris and Brenda Cole of Butler.THE COMMUNITY DEPARTMENT publishes announcements of residents or former residents graduating from college or technical school. Nick Conti of York received a bachelor's degree in safety management from Slippery Rock University.He has multiple Occupational Safety and Health Administration certifications and Mine Safety and Health Administration safety and health certifications. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.Conti is a 2012 graduate of Moniteau High School.He accepted a position with Gettle Inc. of Emigsville as their Pennsylvania safety coordinator.He is the son of Chester and Janet Conti of West Sunbury.
