SV wins in playoff
After duplicating Pine-Richland’s effort of 189 strokes in regulation play, Seneca Valley’s duo of Scott Hangliter and Adam Bushee combined to shoot par over two playoff holes while the Rams’ Jack Kremer and Rico Sciulli went plus-1 in boys golf play Wednesday at Cranberry Highlands.
The result kept the Raiders (4-0, 3-0) unbeaten.
Both Hangliter and Bushee shot a 36 in regulation. Mark McNulty (38) and Zach Gehm (39) also had sub-40 scores for SV.
Donny Proffesori paced P-R with a 36.
