Graduates
Alexander J. Protivnak of Butler received a bachelor's degree in political science from The University of Pittsburgh.
As a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, he was involved in several local philanthropy projects.
He is a 2012 graduate of Saint Joseph High School.
Protivnak accepted a position with the law firm Caroselli, Beachler & Coleman, LLC in Pittsburgh.
He is the son of Larry and Marlene Protivnak of Butler.
Zach Rader of Butler graduated from Grove City College with a bachelor's degree in business management and a minor in communications.At Grove City, he was a member of Phi Tau Alpha fraternity and served as chairman for Aware Partners in the Prevention of Violence. He also was a four-year letter winner in football, playing wingback/slot back receiver for the Wolverines.Rader accepted a position in the management development program of PPG in Cranberry Township. He also will study for a master's of business administration through Liberty University.He is a 2012 graduate of Butler High School and the son of George and Tina Rader of Butler.THE COMMUNITY DEPARTMENT publishes announcements of residents or former residents graduating from college or technical school.
