Pork Chop Revue show hams it up
The Pork Chop Revue is a comedy/animal/variety show that features performing swine of all kinds.
The barnyard buddies present a show including amazing stunts and laughable antics, such as hurdling, acrobatics, dancing and singing.
Started in 1956 by Boyd (Uncle Heavy) Kimes, The Pork Chop Revue has toured the United States for more than 50 years, making appearances on variety television shows and at fairs and festivals.
Boyd’s son, Les, took over the show in the early 1980s. Now with his sons Logan and Morgan, the tradition continues.
This revue can be seen each day at the Butler Farm Show on the Midway near the Tent Gate.
The 68th Butler Farm Show is scheduled 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Aug. 8 to 13 at the Farm Show grounds on Route 68.
