Butler County Symphony Orchestra’s free summer concert series takes place at the symphony office, 259 S. Main St., and runs Wednesdays through Aug. 31. Shows begin at noon. Performing Wednesday will be Washboard Tony and son Nic. Call 724-283-1402.

Musicians’ Concert Band, led by conductor Jeff Kroner, will play at 7:30 p.m. July 28 and Aug. 4 in Butler Intermediate High School’s auditorium. Admission is $5. Visit musiciansconcertband.com.

The free Family Summer Concert Series, hosted by Butler County Parks and Recreation, will feature Muddy Creek, rock ‘n roll, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Odd Fellows Gazebo at Alameda Park, Butler Township.

Harmony Borough Parks Board concerts will feature the group Kardaz at 7 p.m. today. Admission is free. Take seating. Call 724-452-6780.

Hartwood Acres’ amphitheater off Middle Road in Hampton Township, Allegheny County, has a free performance by Josh Ritter & the Royal City Band with special guest Ferdinand the Bull, folk rock, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
