Robert Z. Rhule
Robert Z. Rhule, 90, of Cranberry Township passed away Tuesday at the Sherwood Oaks Retirement Community.
Born Dec. 10, 1925, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Ralph E. and Ada L. (Zener) Rhule.
Bob proudly served our country in the United States Army during World War II.
He worked for Gulf Research and Development as an instrument mechanic.
He was a member of the Syria Shriners for more than 50 years. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Vivian (Fredrick) Lickert Rhule; his stepchildren, Susan (Gary) Munsch and Fred (Judith) Lickert; his grandchildren, Kisa (Chris) Kowal, Mandy (Rob) Cousins, Paul Munsch and Shena (Eric) Medsger and his great-grandchildren, Elissa and Megan Cousins.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his stepmother, Eva M. Rhule, and his brothers, Harry Rhule and Ralph E. Rhule, Jr.
RHULE — A funeral ceremony for Robert Z. Rhule, who passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.Bob will be laid to rest at Allegheny County Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, Bob's family suggests memorial donations be made in his honor to the South Butler Community Library, 240 W.
