Ed and Pat Ambrose

Edward and Patty “Pat” Lou Ambrose of Cabot will celebrate 60 years of marriage with a gathering of family and friends at the Winfield Township Fire Hall.

Ambrose married the former Patty Lou Thompson July 5, 1956, at the Cabot Methodist Church Parsonage.

They have two sons, Edward Ambrose of Butler and Jeff Ambrose of Cabot.

They also have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ambrose retired after 39 years of employment at the Butler County Mushroom Farm.

Mrs. Ambrose retired from the South Butler School District after 20 years of service.

The Ambroses are members of Crosswinds Alliance Church.
