Devin J. Ruffin, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, filed June 5 by state police.
Dorian D. Holmes, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a weapon for escape, possession of an instrument of crime and disorderly conduct, filed June 5 by state police.
Gary D. Ellenberger, 54, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 31 by state police.
Jessica L. Weber, 30, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, small amount of marijuana and two counts of possessing a controlled substance, filed May 16 by state police.
Danny E. Kriebel, 66, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, failure to carry registration, failure to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, and failure to use safety belt, filed June 9 by state police.
Jessica A. West, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 24 by state police. West also waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal mischief, filed May 26 by state police.
Quameere Fisher, 19, of Emlenton was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, riot and simple assault, filed June 1 by state police.
