Ultimate contest offers chance at dream machine

One lucky Jeep enthusiast who attends the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival will leave with $23,000 worth of prizes for a Wrangler JK/JKU Jeep.

The prizes are designed to transform an ordinary Jeep into an ultimate Jeep.

“We asked some companies in the Jeep parts and accessories industry to create a prize package using their products, and they stepped up to the plate in a very big way,” said Patti Jo Lambert, festival director. “Whoever wins this contest is going to be a very happy person, and he or she will have an incredible vehicle that will be the envy of many Jeep owners.”

Companies contributing prizes include Rugged Ridge, Pennzoil, Quake LED, Icon Vehicle Dynamics LLC, Hauk Designs, Extreme Terrain, Eli’s Offroad Parts and Performance, Alpine Electronics, and BFGoodrich.

Some of the prizes include fenders, bumpers, off-road tires, wheels, rocker guards, suspension system, and a light package.

How the contest works

Festival attendees can enter one, two or three days when they are at the event at Cooper’s Lake Campground.

On Friday and Saturday, they must take four different photographs in each of the sponsor booths, including one selfie, and post the photographs on their own Facebook page and the Festival’s Facebook page. They also must tag the photographed sponsors in their post.

On Sunday, a selfie photo in the remaining sponsor’s booth must be taken and posted. The sponsor must be tagged.

Those who successfully meet those requirements will be entered into a daily random drawing where finalists will be selected.

On Sunday afternoon, all 20 randomly selected finalists will be given a key, one of which will open the Ultimate Jeeper Contest prize box. That person will be the lucky winner of $23,000 in prizes.
