CENTER TWP — State police are investigating the report of a missing 16-year-old girl.

Faith Lynn Hustak of Chestnut Drive in Center Township was last seen Monday at about 7 a.m.

She was wearing black women's capris, a pink woman's T-shirt with a camo design on the front. She was carrying a camo back pack.

Hustak's hair is described as dark brown or black. She was last seen wearing dark framed eyeglasses with a camo print on the side.
