PARKER — Central Electric Cooperative has announced the winners of its 2016 Good Neighbor Scholarship, saying that 15 students of cooperative members will each receive a $2,000 scholarship to further their education.

The winners from local districts are: Hayley Kepple and Erika Boice of Karns City High School, Elijah Grochalski of Butler High School, James Pierre and Emily Sippy of Mars High School, and Joshua Seyler of Grove City College.

Central Electric is an energy distribution company with about 25,000 consumer-members in parts of Butler, Clarion, Armstrong, Venango and Forest counties.
