State Police, Kittanning2:33 Thursday — Frank Malta, 48, of Natrona Heights was driving south in the left lane of Route 28 while Sharyn Bowser, 69, of Natrona Heights, was in the right southbound lane. Bowser attempted to change lanes when she hit the front right end of Malta’s car, causing his car to swerve out of control and roll over onto its roof in the grassy median. Debris from Malta’s car hit the car of Janice Kellar, 65, of Lower Burrell, who was driving north on Route 2. Both Bowser and Kellar pulled onto the berm to wait for emergency response.1 p.m. Tuesday — Two 14-year-old females were charged with disorderly conduct for putting dish detergent and a piece of skin in baked goods they were making at Armstrong Junior Senior High School in Manor Township. They both were suspended from school.
7:30 p.m. May 4 — Trey J. Marin, 20, of Meadville, and Luke C. Graham, 19, of Saegertown, were charged with drug possession. They were stopped for traffic violations on Interstate 79 in Findley Township and were found to have a small amount of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Marin also was found to have illegally possessed prescription pills.
