Crazy cats!
Firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire on Camp Run Road in Lancaster Township Thursday only to find a bottle of creamer exploded on a hot stove.
With no one home, firefighters concluded the owners' seven cats were responsible for turning on the stove by stepping on the controls.
Harmony Fire District Chief Scott Garing said investigators also think the cats may have knocked the creamer bottle on the burner.
“The events were definitely weird,” Garing said. “But you could tell since there was cat hair on the cook top. They had seven cats in the house... They ended up getting themselves in trouble."
