County hires clerk

The Butler County commissioners this morning announced the city manager of Sharon is the new Butler County chief clerk.
Scott Andrejchak, 38, of Sharon will start in his new post May 2. He will be paid $89,366.
Andrejchak said this was an opportunity he couldn’t pass up.
The commissioners said Andrejchak was the most qualified applicant.
He replaces interim chief clerk Jerry Patterson.
