SRU loses pair
DAVENPORT, Fla. — The Slippery Rock University baseball team slipped to 2-10 on the season with a 2-1, 3-1 doubleheader loss to Saint Joseph’s College Sunday.
Shawn Holman and Matt Gordon were the starting pitchers and hard-luck losers for SRU. Ty Zimmerman led The Rock offensively with three hits on the day.
