CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases:

Azaria S. Davis, 23, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived to court charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, organized retail theft, access device fraud, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed April 16 by Cranberry Township police.

William C. Trautman, 32, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 20 by Cranberry Township police.

Wade Brueckman, 25, of Renfrew waived to court four counts of possession with the intent to deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 24 by Butler County Detectives.

Vincent B. Corrie Jr., 20, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possession with the intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 24 by Butler County Detectives.

Jakob T. Zorn, 23, of Harmony waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Oct. 4 by Cranberry Township Police.
